摘  要:目的:探讨绿茶活性成分协同作用抑制血管生成效应。方法:采用不同浓度的绿茶四种主要活性成分(EGCG、ECG、EGC和EC)单独或联合作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞,检测血管内皮细胞的生长和凋亡。结果:EGCG、ECG、EGC和EC都可以剂量依赖性地抑制血管内皮细胞生长和诱导其凋亡;其中,EGCG作用最强,小剂量的EGC、ECG和EC与EGCG联合应用可以显著增强EGCG抑制血管内皮细胞生长和诱导凋亡效应。结论:绿茶的主要活性成分都具有抑制血管内皮细胞生长和诱导凋亡作用,同时能够协同作用抑制血管生成。Objective:To investigate the synergistic effect of active components of green tea on angiogenesis. Methods:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were treated with active components of green tea alone or united. The growth of vascular endothelial cells was studied by MTT assay, and the apoptosis by Annexin V - PI staining and flow cytometry. Results: Active components of green tea inhibited the growth and induced the apoptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Jointed action of low dosage of ECG, EGC or EC with EGCG significantly enhanced the antiangiogenesis effect of EGCG. Conclusion:Active components of green tea synergistically inhibited the growth and induced the apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells.
