摘　　要：本研究利用粉洗盐沫压制生产舔块型盐,通过原料配方试验,分析了原料配比、粘合剂种类、含水量、压强等对压制法生产舔块型盐质量的影响,研究表明最优舔块型盐配方为盐沫88.0%、糖蜜7.0%、膨润土5.0%,最佳压制压力为15t。This study utilizes salt fines from crushing and washing process to produce lick block salt by compaction. Through the formula tests of raw material, this paper analyzes the influence of the ratio of raw material, the types of adhesive, the water content and the pressure on the quality of lick block salt produced by compaction. And the study shows that the optimum formula of lick block salt contains 88% of salt fines,7.0% of molasses and 5.0% of bentonite and that the optimum compacting pressure is 15t.
