摘　　要：用卤素水分测定仪快速检测盐产品中的水分含量,并通过实验与国标提供的烘失重法和灼烧法进行对比,证明本方法与传统的烘失重法所测得的结果是一致的,与使用灼烧法测定水分和氯化镁含量较高的盐产品进行比对,也基本可满足检测的要求。该方法具有快速、简便、准确的特点,在实际工作中具有较强的实用性。This paper introduces the fast determination of the monisture in the salt product with halogen monisture detector. Through experiment in comparison with the method of loss of weight by baking and the ignition method provied by the national standard, it has proved that the result of using this method is the same as that of using the traditional method of loss of weight by baking,And it can basically meet the requirement of determination by comparing it with the monisture determination of using ignition method to determine moisture in the salt product with higher content of magnesium chloride. This method is fast, easy and accurate, and it is applicable in practice.
