非洛地平缓释片联合开搏通治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察非洛地平缓释片联合开搏通治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法2005年3月～2008年5月期间68例高血压患者，随机均分为两组；对照组单纯采用开搏通治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用非洛地平缓释片联合治疗；观察两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率明显升高（P〈0．01），降压作用更明显（P〈0．01）；结论非洛地平缓释片联合开搏通治疗高血压，其疗效确切，值得临床推广。Objective： to observe the clinical curative effects on hypertension treated with CPT and felodipine sustained-release tablets Methods： 68 patients, who got hypertensionduring the period from March, 2005 to May, 2008, were divided into two groups： the control group adopted CPT treatment simply, while the study group adopted CPT treatment with felodipine sustained-release tablets： the curative effects are to be observed. Results： compared with the effective rate of the control group, the rate of the study group is much higher （P〈0.01）; Conclusion： the curative effect of the hypertension treated with CPT and felodipine sustained-release tablets is positive, the method deserves spreading clinically.
