摘 要:通过分析永磁直流电机绕组脱焊故障电流的变化机理,揭示了永磁直流电动机稳态电枢电流的均值大小及其脉动频率、脉动幅度与绕组脱焊故障状态之间的内在联系,确立了基于电流信号的绕组脱焊故障诊断模型;运用该模型对样本电机进行绕组脱焊故障实验研究。实验结果与故障机理分析的一致性表明:该模型对永磁直流电机的绕组脱焊故障在线诊断是非常有效的,同时对建立永磁直流电机常见故障的统一诊断模型提供了研究思路。The inherent relationship between the mean value of static armature current, pulsant frequency of static armature current or its pulsation amplitude and the failure state of loose weld coils was recognized by analyzing the changing mechanism of armature current on the state of loose weld coils. And then the failure diagnosing model to loose weld coils was established. According to the model, failure experiments on several motors with loose weld coils were studied. The consistency between experimental results and the failure mechanism analysis shows that the model presented in this paper to diagnose the permanent magnetic DC motor online with loose weld coils is feasible. And it provides a research approach to establish a universal diagnosing model for permanent - magnetic DC motor.
