“机械设计基础”课程设计中应用有限元进行强度分析的尝试

摘　　要：介绍了在"机械设计基础"课程设计中以SolidWorks 2006为设计工具,进行减速器零件的特征建模和整体虚拟装配,并使用SolidWork中集成的有限元模块CosmosWorks进行了轴结构的强度校核,体验和实践了设计分析一体化的思想和方法。The paper introduces the concept and method of using SolidWorks 2006 as the design tool in the course design of the basic course of mechanical design. The software is used in the feature modeling and the integrated vitual assembling of reducer spares. Also, CosmosWorks, the integrated FEM module in SolidWork, is also used to conduct intensity checking of axis structure.
