摘 要:探讨不同浓度的牛血清及牛血清白蛋白对水牛卵母细胞体外成熟的影响,摸索出水牛卵母细胞体外成熟最佳的血清及其浓度。共进行了2个试验,试验1结果表明,10%FCS,20%FCS和10%ECS的成熟率(55.6%,59.4%,62.8%)均显著高于对照组(48.5%)。试验2结果表明,0.25%BSA和0.5%BSA的成熟率(56.7%,53.9%)显著高于对照组(44.7%),但添加0.25%BSA和0.5%BSA的水牛卵母细胞体外成熟率无显著差异。Effects of different concentrations of bovine serum or BSA on the maturation of buffalo oocytes in vitro were investigated by two experiments in this study. The results of experiment 1 showed that the maturing rates of the groups supplemented with 10% FCS, 20% FCS or 10% ECS were 55.6%, 59.4% and 62.8%, respectively, which were strikingly different from that of the control group (48.5%). In experiment 2, the result showed that the addition of BSA at the concentration of 0.25 % or 0.5 % to the culture medium also notably improved the maturing rate (56.7% or 53.9%) as compared to the control group (44.7%). However,no difference was ob- served between the 0.25 % BSA and 0.5% BSA containing groups.
