摘  要:在木薯不同生长期以不同浓度的多效唑溶液进行叶面喷施,观测多效唑对木薯农艺性状及产量和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明,木薯喷施多效唑能矮化植株,抑制地上茎秆生长,使植株叶色浓绿,增强光合作用,增加营养积累,促进薯块膨大,从而提高木薯的产量和淀粉含量,其中以苗期和薯块膨大期每公顷分别喷施900kg浓度为500mg/L和1000mg/L的15%多效唑溶液的处理效果最好,产量达41740kg/hm2,比对照增产26.72%,淀粉含量达38.3%,比对照增长22.4%,这种多效唑喷施方法可以在木薯生产中推广应用。At different growth stages of cassava, different concentrations of paelobutrazol were sprayed on leaves to study its effect on the agronomic traits, yield and starch content of cassava. The results showed that padobutrazol could dwarf the plant, inhibit the growth of stem, make leaf green, strengthen the photosynthesis of leaf and nutrient accumulation, and improve root tuber expanding, increase the yield and starch content of cassava. In all treatments, the effects of spraying concentration 500mg/L and 1000rng/L of 15% paelobutrazol solution at rate of 900kg/hm^2 at seedling stage and root tuber expanding stage, respectively, were the best, and the yield of cassava reached 41740kg/hm^2, and increased 26.72% as compared to the control. The starch content was 38.3% and increased by 22.4% as cccnpared with the con- trol. There fore, the method of spraying padobutrazol could be extended in production of cassava.
