摘　　要：目的探讨甲胎蛋白与胃癌的关系及产甲胎蛋白胃癌的研究进展。方法复习国内、外关于产甲胎蛋白胃癌的文献并进行综述。结果甲胎蛋白作为一种特异性肿瘤标志物,对产甲胎蛋白胃癌的诊断、病理分型、预后等具有重要的参考价值,但关于产甲胎蛋白胃癌的发生机理及治疗有待进一步研究。结论产甲胎蛋白胃癌是一种特殊类型的胃癌,恶性程度高,预后差。Objective To review the relation between alpha fetoprotein （AFP） and gastric carcinoma as well as the advancement of literatures about the alpha fetoprotein-producing gastric carcinoma （AFPGC）. Methods Do mestic and foreign literatures on AFPGC were collected and reviewed. Results AFP is very useful to the diagnosis, pathological type and prognosis of the AFPGC as a specific tumor marker. Conclusion AFPGC is a special type of gastric cancer with high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis.
