摘  要:采用常规的粗蛋白和氨基酸分析方法,分别测定了含捕食器菌丝(含有普通营养菌丝、菌环和菌网)、普通营养菌丝、分生孢子、线虫三期幼虫的粗蛋白和氨基酸含量。结果显示,粗蛋白含量在含捕食器菌丝、普通营养菌丝、分生孢子和三期幼虫中分别为43.08%、33.65%、39.30%和65.91%。氨基酸的总量分别为31.859mg/100mg、20.584mg/100mg、32.111mg/100mg和44.077mg/100mg。上述样品中,均未测出色氨酸的含量。结果表明,少孢节丛孢菌捕食器的粗蛋白高于普通营养菌丝或分生孢子的粗蛋白含量,而线虫三期幼虫的粗蛋白含量最高。并且在含捕食器菌丝和线虫三期幼虫中,缬氨酸、苯丙氨酸、亮氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸以及酪氨酸的含量都比普通营养菌丝及分生孢子中的含量高,而前3种氨基酸据认为与捕食性真菌产生捕食器有关。The contents of crude protein and amino acids were determined in Arthrobotrys oligospora and the third stage larvae of nematodes by the conventional methods. The contents of crude protein in the mycelia with traps,the common mycelia, the conidia and the third stage larvae were 43. 08%,33. 65%, 39.30% and 65. 91%,respectively. The total amounts of amino acids were 31. 859 mg/100mg,20. 584 mg/100mg,32.111 mg/100 mg, and 44. 077 mg/100 mg, correspondingly. Tryptophan was not detected in the samples. The crude protein content in the mycelia with traps was higher than that in the common mycelia and in the conidia, but it was lower than that in the third stage larvae. The contents of valine, phenylalanine, leucine, glycine, alanine and tyrosine were also higher in the mycelia with traps and the third stage larvae than in the mycelia and the conidia,and the first three amino acids were important to the trap forming.
