摘　　要：目的探讨Alzheimer病(AD)患者血浆中Aβ40、Aβ42水平与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性关系。方法随机选取70例健康老年人(对照组)和55例AD患者,检测其血浆中Aβ40、Aβ42水平和ApoE基因多态性,将AD患者按轻、中重度和不同ApoE基因型分组后与相应对照组进行比较。结果AD组Aβ42水平较对照组升高(P<0·05);轻度AD组Aβ42水平较对照组升高(P<0·01);中重度AD组Aβ40水平较对照组升高(P<0·05);有ApoEε4的AD组患者较相应对照组Aβ40水平升高(P<0·05)。结论AD患者体内Aβ异常与疾病严重程度及ApoE基因型相关。Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of Aβ40 and Aβ42 and ApoE gene polymorphism of Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） patients. Methods 70 healthy aged （controls） and 55 AD patients were selected randomly to determine their Aβ40, Aβ42 levels and ApoE gene polymorphism to compare among subgroups and the corresponding control subgroups, such as mild, moderated and se- vere, and different ApoE genetypes. Results The Aβ42 level of AD group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05） ; that of mild AD group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈0. 01 ） ;while Aβ40 level of moderate and severe AD group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; that of AD with ApoE-4 was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Aβabnormality in AD patients could be related to severity degree of disease and ApoE genetypes.
