干眼症发病相关因素的多因素非条件Logistic回归分析

摘　　要：目的探讨干眼症发生的主要相关因素。方法选择2006年5月至2007年11月间眼科门诊就诊的屈光不正、眼底病患者及行常规体检的健康者133人为研究对象,主要包括问卷调查和干眼病检测两个部分。问卷调查内容有人口学特征、工作环境、生活习惯与全身疾病等。先进行单因素分析,找出与干眼症发病相关联的因素,然后再对有意义的因素进行多因素综合分析,找出干眼病发生的主要危险因素。结果单因素分析结果表明:与干眼症发病相关的因素有年龄、荧光屏接触时间、野外工作时间、工作环境、吸烟和糖尿病。行Logistic回归分析,最终有统计学意义的因素为:年龄、野外工作时间和工作环境。结论就纳入本研究的因素而言,影响干眼症发病的主要因素是年龄、野外工作时间和工作环境,而荧光屏接触时间、吸烟及罹患糖尿病在一定程度上影响着干眼病的发生。Objective To explore the main correlative factor of dry eye syndrome invasion. Methods The in-vestigation targets were patients who suffered from refraction errors or eyeground diseases, and healthy adults who wanted to enforce routine examination from May 2006 to November 2007 in ophthalmological out-patient depaterment of No. 546 hospital of People＇s Liberation Army. The investigation included questionnaire and dry eye detection. The contents of the questionnaire in eluded demography character, work environment, living habit and systemic diseases. Univareate analysis was performed to find out the related factors. Then the significant factors were handled by aggregate analysis to find out the main risk factors. Results The Univareate analysis indicated that the relative factors of dry eye syndrome invasion in- cluded age, screen contact period, fieldwork period, work environment, smoking and diabetes. The significant factors were found to be age, fieldwork period and work environment using logistic regression analysis. Conclusions According to the factors concerned, the main correlation factors of dry eye syndrome invasion were age, fieldwork period and work environment. Screen contact period, smoking and diabetes also influenced the dry eye syndrome invasion to some extent.
