低张充气多层面CT三期增强扫描对113例胃肠癌术后检查的分析

摘　　要：目的：分析胃肠癌术后低张充气多层面CT（multi-slice CT,MSCT）三期增强扫描的表现及诊断价值。方法：对113例胃肠癌术后1-72月患者行MSCT检查,并对采集资料进行后处理分析。结果：113例胃肠癌术后患者中发现术后并发症42例,复发转移71例,对复发诊断的准确率为100%;CT可见复发局部管壁增厚、软组织肿块、管腔狭窄,淋巴结增大、远处转移。结论：低张、胃肠充气MSCT多期增强扫描及其后处理技术能对胃肠癌术后并发症与肿瘤复发的诊断提供有价值的信息,在胃肠癌术后的随访诊断中有独特优势。Objective： To assess the findings and value of three-phase contrasted multi-slice computed tomography （MSCT） pneumocolon or pneumogasric for patients after operations of gastrointestinal carcinoma. Methods： One hundred and thirteen patients after surgical operation of gastrointestinal carcinoma from 1 month to 72 month underwent abdominal MSCT examination and corresponding post-procession was performed. Results： Among the 113 patients, 42 patients developed postoperative complication , 71 patients had tumor recurrence and metastasis. The accurate rate of MSCT in diagnosis of tumor recurrence and metastasis was 100%. The findings of tumor recurrence on MSCT included irregular thickening of gastrointestinal wall, soft tissue mass, lumen narrowing, enlargement of lymph-node and distant metastasis. Conclusion： Multi-phase contrasted MSCT pneumocolon or pneumogasric and its post-procession which can provide valuable information in diagnosis of postoperative complication and tumor recurrence for patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma after surgical operation has unique advantages in postoperation follow-up for gastrointestinal carcinoma.
