电化学治疗115例体表肿瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：１９８７～１９９１年作者应用电化学治疗体表肿瘤１１５例，其中皮肤癌２８例，甲状腺癌２６例，恶性黑色素瘤２１例，腮腺癌１６例，口腔癌１５例，横纹肌肉瘤９例。治疗方法：在无菌条件下采用局部麻醉，将电极针插入肿瘤内并连接到治疗仪上通电进行治疗。结果：ＣＲ４７．０％、ＰＲ３１．３％，ＮＣ１０．４％，ＰＤ１１．３％。总有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）７８．３％，无效率（ＮＣ＋ＰＤ）２１．７％。随访１年、３年、５年生存率分别为９０．４％，７０．４％，５０．４％。作者认为本疗法对体表肿瘤治疗效果较好，也适用于不能手术或术后复发的其他病例。From 1987 to 1991, 115 superficial malignant tumors were treated with electrochemical therapy (ECT). Among them, there were 28 skin cancer, 26 thyroid carcinoma, 21 malingnant melanoma, 16 parotid carcinoma, 15 oral cancer and 9 rhabdomyosarcoma. Method: Under local anesthesia and sterilization, electrodes were inserted into tumor mass and conected with the instrument. Results: Followup for 1 to 5 years ascertained that the total effective rate was 78.2%(CR+PR), ie CR 46.9%,PR 31.3%, NC 10.4% PD 11.3%. The uneffective rate was 21.7% (NC+PD). The survival rates for 1,3,5 years were 90.4%, 70.4% and 50.4%, respectivelly. It indicates that ECT was effective to latestage patients unoperable or with recurrence afetr operation. 
