摘　　要：本文分析了现代学术交流体系的特点以及图书馆目前的困境,指出要保持图书馆在学术交流体系中的地位,必须要树立新的服务理念,保障图书馆有机地融入现代学术信息交流体系。This paper analysed the characteristics of the modem system of academic exchanges as well as the current plight of libraries, and pointed out that it was essential to establish a new service concept to ensure that the libraries should be integrated naturally into the modem information exchange syetem.
