摘  要:围绕永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统并设计了相应的DSP数字实验平台。提出了一种基于改进的扩展卡尔曼滤波器(EKF)的永磁同步直接转矩控制方法。EKF对永磁同步电动机的转子位置、角速度、定子磁链和转矩进行了精确参数估计。直接转矩控制的实现方法采用了最大转矩/磁链的直接转矩控制策略,提出通过控制定子磁链给定幅值直接控制电磁转矩,推导出在电流限制条件下、基速以上采用最大转矩/磁链运行时的稳定条件。仿真及实验结果验证了该控制方法的可行性和有效性。Mainly studied about the direct torque control system for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM) and designed the corresponding DSP digital experiment platform. A direct torque control system for IPMSM based on advanced extended Kalman filter (EKF) had been proposed. An accurate EKF observer was studied which estimates angular speed and position of the rotor, stator flux linkage and torque of IPMSM. In this paper, a method of PMSM direct torque control (DTC) by MTPF was presented, and the steadiness condition with MTPF operation was deduced (above base speed, under current limitation). Its feasibility and validity were verified by simulation and experiment.
