摘　　要：电梯门机控制器设计方案采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A,实现电机驱动控制及电梯门机逻辑控制,采用智能功率模块PS21563-P设计了驱动单元,以实现功率变换及信号检测。根据电梯门机的运行特点,方案采用VVVF及SVPWM控制三相异步电动机,配合电梯门机逻辑控制、开关门曲线计算及门宽自适应等功能模块,完成了系统控制程序设计。实验表明,本门机控制器运行平稳,安全可靠。A solution for elevator door controller was presented. The control-unit was designed using the DSP TMS320LF2407A to implement the motor drive control and elevator door logic control, and the drive-unit was designed using the IPM PS21563-P to implement the power transformation and signal detection. Based on the running characteristic of elevator door, the ACI motor was controlled with VVVF and SVPWM technic, and the software system was finished with the elevator door logic control, opening-closing door curve calculation, door-width adaptive and other modules. The experiment indicated that this elevator door controller was steady, safety and reliable.
