摘　　要：针对传统光电色选机中RS-232通信方式存在的缺点和不足,设计了基于CAN总线结构的光电色选机,详细介绍了系统的结构和主要功能模块的设计原理。实际使用情况表明,通过CAN总线的引入,不仅可保证色选系统的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,同时还能极大地简化系统接线,进一步提高系统的可扩展性。With the shortcoming and deficiencies of RS - 232 communication in traditional photoelectric color sorting machine, a photoelectric color sorter was designed based on CAN bus architecture and the details of the system＇s structure and tlhe designing principles of main functional modules were described. The actual application indicated that the introduction of CAN bus could not only guar- antee the reliability, flexibility and real-time trip, but also greatly simplify the system wiring and further improve the system scalability.
