摘 要:针对饲用酶制剂作用效果不理想、体内反应难以满足其最适条件等问题,研制两种体外预消化设备(釜式调质器、改造型混合机),讨论其对加酶饲料营养品质及饲用效果的影响。研究表明,两种预消化生产工艺有助于改善饲料营养及品质,两预消化处理饲料混合均匀度、无机磷、酸性洗涤纤维和还原糖含量均显著高于普通加酶饲料(P<0.01)和无酶饲料(P<0.01)。Due to the problems that the enzyme preparations were not very effective and the reactiori in vivo could not fulfill the most suitable conditions, two kinds of pre-digestion equipment in vitro (kettle type conditioner and improved mixer) were developed and the effect of two pre-digestion technologies in vitro on nutrition quality of feeds with enzyme additives was discussed. The result showed that two pre-digestion technologies could improve nutrition quality, thus the mixing uniformity, contents of phosphorus, ADF and reducing sugar were all significantly higher than those of common enzyme feed group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The analysis indicated that the feeds with enzyme additives treated by improved mixer could have optimum nutrition quality.
