摘　　要：该文分析了当前实验教学存在的问题，论述了实验教学对院校建设、学员创新能力培养的作用，提出了改革实验教学、提高学员培养质量的新思路。The present problems existing in experiment teaching are analyzed, and the effect of experiment teaching on the construction of the colleges and universities and innovative ability of training is discussed. Reforming experiment teaching is the new way for improving training quality of students.
