摘 要:用有限元模拟方法研究无摩擦条件下不同外角Ψ(0,30,60,120°)对高纯铝60°内角等通道转角挤压变形的影响。结果表明:随着Ψ角增加,拐角缝隙减小而出口通道上部缝隙增大,与此同时,更大的Ψ角增加了试样前端向上弯曲的程度,导致出口通道底部缝隙增大;Ψ角变化对挤压稳态区上部的等效塑性应变影响较小,但对下部应变影响很大。挤压载荷随Ψ角增大而显著降低。Finite element simulations were carried out to analyze the effects of different outer corner angles ψ (0,30,60,120°) on the deformation of equal channel angular extrusion of high pure Al with 60° die channel angle under frictionless condition. The results showed that with the increasing of ψ angle, corner gaps decreased while the top gaps in the outlet channel increased. At the same time, the larger ψ angle increased the upward bending of the specimen head and resulted in the larger bottom gaps in the outlet channel. ψ angle had a greater effect on the bottom equivalent plastic strain in the steady-state region compared With the top that. In addition, extrusion load decreased obviously with the increasing of ψ angle.
