摘  要:目的探讨癌变组织与正常组织漫反射光谱特性的区别。方法利用稳态漫反射方程在半无限边界条件下解得的光子传输漫反射结果和血液成分变化引起的组织吸收特性的变化推导出血液变化对漫反射光谱的影响,给出病变组织尤其是癌变组织反射光谱的分析结果。在实验中,利用现有的光谱设备对胃癌组织和正常的胃组织的漫反射光谱进行测量。结果癌变组织的反射光谱在630 nm处发生了较强烈的吸收变化,为去氧血红蛋白增加的结果。理论分析指出血液状态会影响组织反射光谱,在实验中得到了证实。结论光谱中吸收峰值表明癌变组织中含有丰富的去氧血红蛋白,与癌变组织的组织特性一致;实验充分表明可见光反射光谱能区分正常组织和癌变组织。Objective To distinguish the diffuse reflectance spectrum between cancerous stomach tissue and normal stomach tissue. Methods The influence of blood change on diffuse reflectance spectrum was inferred by utilizing solutions to steady-state diffusion equation for photon transmisson in a semi-infinite planar geometry turbid medium and the blood component changes induced the alteration of tissue absorption property. Furthermore, it was obtained diffuse reflectance spectrum analysis results of tissue, especially can- cerous tissue. Through the experiment, reflectance spectra of normal and cancerous stomach tissue were measured by existing spectrometer. Results The reflectance spectrum of cancerous tissue had a stronger change at 630 nm that was caused by increase in deoxybemoglobin (deoxyHb). Our theory indicated that blood situation influenced the tissue reflectance spectrum, this problem had been approved in experiment. Conclusions Absorption peaks in the reflectance spectrum indicated that there are abundant of deoxyHb in the cancerous tissue. It is the same as the characteristics of the cancerous tissue. It indicates enough experimentally that the visible light reflectance spectrum can distinguish normal and cancerous tissue.
