企业集团与企业集群的互动与集群式创新的演化

摘　　要：针对技术创新的两难悖论,基于中小企业集群和大企业集团互动的视角,指出产业集聚区两次转型的历史同时也是二者共同进化的发展过程。产业集聚的发展导致集群式创新的出现,集群式创新区别于单个企业创新的优势。实行集群式创新,可有效地化解悖论,并通过典型案例的分析予以论证。The paper is to solve the dilemma of technological innovation. Based on the interaction between SMEs （ small and medium - sized enterprises ） and large enterprise groups, it points out that transformation of industry clusters is also a process of development for both of them. The development of industrial cluster leads to clustering innovation. Clustering innovation has the advantage of single innovation. This proves an effective way to solve the curment problems in practice.
