小牛血清去蛋白注射液对脑梗死患者神经功能康复影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液(DCSI)治疗脑梗死的疗效和对其安全性及运动功能和日常生活能力康复的影响。方法将70例发病在1周内的脑梗死患者随机分成研究组和对照组。2组基础治疗相同,研究组在此基础上加用DCSI。治疗前后分别采用Fugl-Meyer积分评定法、神经功能缺损程度评分(MESSS)和Barthel指数(BI)对运动功能、神经功能和疗效及日常生活能力进行评定。结果研究组总有效率为92%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。此外,DCSI还能改善脑梗死患者的日常生活能力和运动功能。无不良反应。结论DCSI可促进脑梗死患者的运动和日常生活能力的恢复,改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,提高临床疗效。DCSI治疗脑梗死疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective It is to discuss the curative effect of deproteinised calf serum injection （DCSI） on cerebral infarction and the influence of DCSI on safety, movement function and activity of daily living. Methods Seventy cerebral infarction patients within one week were randomly divided into study group and control group. The foundational therapy in the two groups were identical, the study group was added DCSI on the basis. The movement function, nerve function, curative effect and activity of daily living of the two groups before and after treatment were respectively evaluated with Fugl - Meyer integration rating method, neurologic impairment extent score and Barthel Index. Results The total effective rate of study group was 92 % and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）, Besides, DCSI could also improve the activity of daily living and movement function of cerebral infarction patients. There was no untoward reaction. Conclusion DCSI can promote the restoration of movement function and activity of daily living of cerebral infarction patients, improve the neurologic impairment extent of the patients and enhance the clinical curative effect. The curative effect of DCSI on cerebral infarction is preonunced, safe and reliable. DCSI is worth to generalization and applies.
