摘 要:选用不含黏弹性成份的非石棉有机摩擦材料为原样品,通过在其配方中分别添加不同类型、不同质量百分比含量的黏弹性成份,制备了多种不同样品。运用试验模态分析和动态热机械分析技术研究这些样品中黏弹性成份及其用量与影响制动噪声的摩擦片储存模量、共振频率和损耗因子之间的关系,得出在摩擦片配方中添加一定比例的黏弹性材料能显著增强摩擦片耗散制动系统振动能量的能力,减小摩擦片和制动盘共振倾向,从而实现抑制摩擦片振动和制动尖叫的目的。Non-asbestos organic friction material containing no viscoelastic ingredients is used as base substance, to which different types and mass fractions of viscoelastic ingredients are added to make different specimens. Then experimental modal analysis and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis technologies are adopted to study the relations between different types and mass fractions of viscoelastic ingredients and the factors affecting brake squeal, such as storage modulus, resonance frequency and loss factor of brake pad. The results show that adding a certain proportion of viscoelastic ingredient into the formulation of a friction material can greatly improve its ability to dissipate the vibration energy of brake system, lower the propensity of resonance between disc and pad, and hence suppress pad vibration and brake squeal.
