摘　　要：2型糖尿病严重威胁着人类健康,而现有抗糖尿病药物不能有效阻止糖尿病患者病情恶化。二肽基肽酶Ⅳ抑制剂作为新型抗糖尿病药物越来越引起人们关注。介绍以二肽基肽酶Ⅳ为靶标的药物研究现状,重点探讨不同类型的二肽基肽酶Ⅳ抑制剂的构效关系。Type 2 diabetes mellitus is threatening human health, but the current medicines are not yet capable to efficiently prevent or reverse the progression of the disease. Dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ inhibitors as the new treatment for this disease appears to be more promising. This review summarizes the recent researches for the novel antidiabetic drugs, and focuses on the structure-activity relationship of dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ inhibitors.
