利多卡因和爱尔卡因在小切口非乳化白内障摘出术中的麻醉效果

摘　　要：目的比较利多卡因注射液和爱尔卡因滴眼液在小切口非乳化白内障摘出术中麻醉效果的观察。方法选择112例(125眼)白内障随机分成两组:利多卡因组和爱尔卡因组。分别在两种药物的表面麻醉下进行小切口白内障非乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。根据术中患者对疼痛和触觉的感受评价麻醉效果。结果利多卡因组中有60眼能顺利完成手术,有2眼疼痛明显,加用其它麻醉方法完成手术。爱尔卡因组中有62眼能顺利完成手术,有1眼疼痛明显,加用其它麻醉方法勉强完成手术(P>0.75)。结论利多卡因注射液具有较好的麻醉效果,并且药液新鲜、价廉易得,在小切口白内障非乳化摘出术中可作为首选的表面麻醉剂。Objective To compare the effect of anaesthesia with lidocaine and Aleaine for small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty eyes in 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups, lidocaine group and Alcaine group. The two sort of anaesthesia were used respectively： lidocaine injection or Alcaine eyedrops in small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery. The effect of anaesthesia was appraised by the patient＇ s feeling. Results Sixty eyes were operated successfully without any felling in lidocaine group. Only 2 eyes were in pain and were operated successfully by using other method of anaesthesia. Sixty two eyes were operated successfully without any felling in Alcaine group. Only 1 eye was in pain and were operated by using other method of anaesthesia. No signifcant statistical difference was found between the two groups（ P 〉0. 75 ）. Conclusion Lidocaine injection had better effect of anaesthesia, and it is fresh, low-cost and handy. It is preferred for local anesthetic in small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.
