摘　　要：从平台概念甄别入手,阐释了创新平台的内涵与特征。提出要构建有效运作的创新平台,必须实行战略目标导向、创新能力核心、和谐有序聚合、科学运作管理、创新文化营造、持续改进发展策略。It starts from the concept identification of platform and explain the meaning and character of innovation platform.Finallyit reachts a conclusion that it is needed to carry out the strategies of taking strategic target as guidance,innovation ability as core with harmonious convergence, reasonable operation, creative culture creating and sustained development.
