摘　　要：探讨了跨国公司线性创新与网络创新问题,分析了跨国公司多元组织创新网络、技术创新服务支持网络和跨国企业技术创新战略联盟网络等跨国公司创新网络模式,总结了其对我国企业自主创新的启示。This paper describes a number of innovation forms of special relevance to productivity of the Tremsnational Corporations.Based on the technology innovation networks literature,a scheme with the form of multi-unit organization,supporting processes and new strategic alliance innovation networks is analyzed.It is illustrated that the effect of this scheme on independent innovation of China＇s enterprises
