摘  要:在对四川省绵阳市的47所乡镇中小学的音乐师资进行抽样调查的基础上,对农村义务教育阶段音乐师资的现状进行分析与研究,得出这样的结论:应该强化农村中小学音乐师资再培训和扩大其进修体系,研究并修正适应农村中小学音乐教育的教学内容和教学形式,以进一步促进农村音乐教育的发展。Based on a sample Survey of the 47 rural middle and primary schools in Mianyang municipality of Sichuan province, the current condition of rural music teachers at the stage of compulsory education is analyzed and studied. The conclusion thus obtained is that the re-training of music teachers in such schools should be strengthened, that the system for their further studies should be enlarged, and that the content and forms of teaching should be studied and revised to adapt them to the music education of such schools in order to promote the development of music education in the rural areas.
