语言思维差异与中西语境会话方式之比较

摘　　要：语言思维以一定的方式体现出来,表现于某种语言形式之中。不同的文化观念、民族特性和语言思维形成了不同的文化语言环境。根据文化语境理论和会话方式的划分理论可知中国文化是高语境文化,英美文化是低语境文化;高语境文化下的会话大多是高体贴会话方式,而低语境文化下的会话多属于高介入会话方式。两种会话方式在一定的条件下可以互相转化。Language thought could be expressed with a certain different style in different languages.Different cultural concepts,properties of ethics and language,thinking patterns form different context culture.According to the theories of intercultural pragmatics and the division of the conversational styles,it is determined that Chinese culture is high context culture and American & British culture is low context culture.Chinese conversation belongs to the high considerateness style,while American and British conversations to the high involvement style.The two conversational styles may interchange under certain conditions.
