摘　　要：针对我国农民职业技能培训的现状和问题,探讨了农民职业技能培训的教育体系建立的必要性,并对培训的方式、培训机构等进行了研究。By analyzing the problem and present situation of the peasant professional skill training, the necessity on erecting the peasant professional skill training system was point out. In addition, the training mode and training organization were also researched.
