摘　　要：近年来多糖在药物化学和药理学方面引起了国内外许多学者极大的兴趣。介绍了多糖在医疗保健上的应用现状,并就IET在多糖分离纯化中的应用进行了综述。In recent years, many scholars have paid more attention to the research of polysaccharide on medical chemistry and pharmacology. The actuality of polysaccharide on medical care was analyzed. In addition, the application of ion exchange technique on the purification of polysaccharide was summarized.
