内地与港澳反洗钱合作机制的构建

摘　　要：内地与港澳三地构建反洗钱合作机制具有紧迫性,也具有可行性。近年来,内地与港澳的反洗钱合作取得了一些成绩,但也存在许多问题,特别是尚未形成固定、系统的反洗钱合作机制。应当把反洗钱作为国家的一个战略,进一步健全和完善内地与港澳反洗钱合作机制,包括立法协调机制、司法协助机制、监管合作机制、人员与文化交流机制以及其他合作机制。It is not only urgent, but also feasible to build the anti- money- laundering cooperation mechanisms among the Inland and Hong Kong and Macao. In recent years, the Inland and Hong Kong and Macao have made some achievements in anti - money - laundering cooperation, but there still exist many problems, especially without fixed, systematic anti - money- laundering cooperation mechanisms. The anti - money laundering should be regarded as a national strategy. The anti - money - laundering cooperation mechanisms among the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao should be further perfected and improved, including legislative coordinated mechanism, judicial assistance mechanism, supervision cooperation mechanism, personnel and cultural exchange mechanism, as well as other cooperation mechanisms.
