摘　　要：目的比较分析^125I放射性粒子组织间永久植入治疗不同临床分期胰腺癌的效果。方法回顾分析采用^125I放射性粒子组织间永久植入治疗的52例不同临床分期胰腺癌的临床资料，计算不同分期病人腹痛缓解情况及平均生存期，并与国内同等分期下传统治疗结果相比较。结果ⅡB期病人术后平均生存18．2个月；Ⅲ期病人术后平均生存13．8个月；Ⅳ期病人术后平均生存5．2个月，总平均生存期11．3个月。伴有疼痛的病人在术后2～7d内疼痛开始缓解，有效率达79．4％。结论对早期胰腺癌病人，传统手术治疗与放射性粒子组织间永久植入治疗在延长生存时间上无明显差异，而对中晚期胰腺癌病人，放射性粒子组织间植入治疗明显优于传统治疗，具有显著的优越性。Objective To compared and analyse the therapeutic effect of permanent ^125I seed implantation on pancreatic cancer in different stages. Methods the clinical data of 52 cases of pancreatic cancer with difficrent clinical staging treated with ^125I seed implantation were retrospectively analyzed and the relieve of abdominal pain and mean surival time were evaluated to those in the same stage pancreatic cancer patients treated with traditional methods. Results On average, the survival time of stage Ⅱ B, stage Ⅲand stage Ⅳpatients were 18.2, 13.8 and 5.2 months respectively. And the total mean time was 11.3 months. The pain began to relieve on 2 to 7 days after operation on average, and the effective rate was 79.4%. Conclusions In early pancreatic cancer , there is no obvious different in survival time between two methods, but in advanced cases, the patients treated with permanent interstitial ^125I seed implantation can have a longer survival time than those treated with traditional methods, and the difference is remarkable.
