摘 要:目的探讨血清标志物CA153、TPS和CEA的不同组合在乳腺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法采用微粒子酶免疫分析法(MEIA)和ELISA法测定58例乳腺癌和55例乳腺良性疾病及58例正常人对照比较。结果乳腺癌患者组血清3种标志物的水平均明显高于乳腺良性疾病及正常对照组(P〈0.01)。CA153对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为31.4%,特异性为96.4%;TPS敏感性为82.9%,特异性为88.7%;CEA敏感性为34.6%,特异性为97.1%。3项联合敏感性为95.3%。结论CA153、TPS和CEA对乳腺癌诊断有一定实用价值,三者联合检测有明显的互补性,可明显提高乳腺癌的阳性诊断率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of detecting 3 serum markers: cancer antigen CA153 tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS) and carcinoma embryonic antigen (CEA) in different combination for diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The serum markers were detectd by micropartide enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 58 cases with breast cancer and 55 cases with benign breast disease and 58 cases in normal control group. Results The serum levels of 3 tumor markers in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the benign breast disease and in the control group (p 〈0.01 ). The sensitivity of CA153 to breast cancer was 31.4% , with specificity of 96.4%. The sensitivity and specificity of TPS to breast cancer was 84.3% and 88.7% , and those of CEA was 34.6% and 97.1% respectively, the sensitivity of the 3 tumor markes in combination was 95.3% in breast cancer diagnosis. Conclusion CA53, TPS and CEA have some diagnostic valve in breast cancer and possess obvious complementarity, and their combined detection can significantly improve the sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis.
