摘　　要：公安部"大教育、大培训"工作格局及工作体系的构建,是公安教育训练改革的必然要求和重大举措,标志着公安教育训练主体任务向警察职业化教育方向的新发展:一要解放思想,创新理念,为警察职业化教育提供积极的精神动力;二要解放思想,创新思维,为警察职业化教育提供有力的思想保证;三要解放思想,创新机制,为警察职业化教育提供坚强的组织保障。It＇s the essential and important step of Chinese Public Security Ministry on public security training reform to build the work system of ＂the great education and great training＂ , which indicates the public security training orients to police occupational education. 1. Emancipating the minds and innovating on ideas, to provide spiritual motivity for police occupational education; 2. Emancipating the minds and innovating on thinking, to provide an ideological guarantee for police occupational education; 3. Emancipating the minds and innovating on mechanism, to provide the organizational guarantee for police occupational education.
