汉语方言文化遗产保护的意义与对策

摘　　要：汉语方言是一份珍贵的非物质文化遗产,其宝贵的材料价值与重要的文化载体功能,值得人们重视并进行合理的保护。当前,汉语方言濒危程度加剧,消失速度进一步加快,汉语方言文化遗产的保护更具重要性与紧迫性。基于方言实际,结合方言相关文化因素,对方言进行合理保护,是汉语方言文化遗产保护必须遵循的基本原则。综合运用多种方法和手段,抢记方言材料,尽可能延缓方言特征消失速度,是当前汉语方言文化遗产保护必须重视的重要方面。As immaterial cultural heritage, Chinese dialects have material value along with historical and cultural recording function that deserves protection. Considering the present situation that Chinese dialects are increasingly endangered, their conservation is not only of great importance but more urgently required. Based on the reality, preservation should be put into practice combining relative cultural factors, which is supposed to be the central principle. Accordingly, the protection should focus on recording dialectal materials and decelerating its perishing pace from different perspectives.
