摘  要:东航返航事件是市场经济条件下劳资利益冲突的典型表现形式。制度化的沟通协商机制是解决劳资博弈成本最低的基本渠道。企业和行业的集体协商机制是协调劳动关系的长效机制,也是现代西方国家规范和调整劳动关系十分奏效的基本手段和主要方法。它不仅规定了劳动者的工资福利水平,而且本身就是化解劳资冲突的一种重要方式。集体协商倡导劳资和谐、合作,追求劳资双方共赢,寻求效率、公平和劳动者呼声的平衡。The event of China Eastern flights departure on reverse is a typical form of interest conflict between Labor and Capital in the condition of market economy. Institutionalizing communication and negotiation mechanism is the basic channel to solve minimum labor game cost. Industry-wide or enter- prise-wide collective negotiation is a long-lasting mechanism coordinating labor relations, and also effectively basic means and major method regulating and adjusting labor relations in modern western countries. It not only regulates the level of wage and benefit of employees, but by itself dissolves la- bor conflict as an important means. Collective negotiation proposes the harmony and cooperation between labor and capital, pursues win-win results between two parties, and seeks the balance among efficiency, equity and labor voice.
