摘 要:目的观察高温消毒和浸泡消毒义齿修复工作模型对精度和硬度的影响。方法用2%中性强化戊二醛消毒液浸泡、高温高压消毒模型后;进行模型精度和硬度与标准模型对照比较,所得数据进行成组t检验,P<0.05认为差别有统计学意义。结果高温消毒的模型精度和硬度与标准模型比较无差异,浸泡消毒的模型精度和硬度与标准模型比较有明显差异。结论高温消毒的模型精度和硬度均高于浸泡消毒,有利于提高义齿修复体的质量。Objective To observe precision and harness influence of high temperature and soaking disinfection on denture model. Methods 2% glutaraldehyde was used to soak and the high temperature high pressure disinfected the model; then carries on the model precision and hardness were compared with the standard model, and we obtained data carries on group t-test with SPSS13.0 considered to have statistic significance) Results The precision and hardness of high temperature disinfection model, compared with the standard model, has no difference, and the precision and hardness of the soaking disinfection model, compared with the standard model, have obvious difference. Conclusion The precision and hardness of high temperature disinfection model are higher than soaking disinfection, and are advantageous to enhance denture quality.
