摘 要:利用PCR-RFLP方法对野猪、杜洛克、长白、及野猪与杜洛克的杂交后代、野猪与长白的杂交后代5个群体242头猪H-FABP和MC4R基因的遗传变异进行了研究,结果表明:①H-FABP基因扩增位点在所有群体中均存在变异,野猪等位基因A为优势等位基因(0.9167),杜洛克、长白群体中B为优势等位基因(0.7317、0.7642),杂交后代野猪×杜洛克、野猪×长白A等位基因频率显著提高(0.5163、0.6429);②MC4R基因扩增位点存在TaqⅠ多态性,不过野猪、野猪×长白未出现AA基因型,所有群体中C等位基因均以较高频率存在,野猪最高(0.9167),长白最低(0.5283);③除野猪在H-FABP处于遗传极不平衡状态(P(0.01),杜洛克在MC4R处于遗传不平衡状态外,其它群体都处于Hardy-W e inberg平衡状态。PCR - RFLP technique was applied in this study to analyze the genetic variation of H - FABP and MC4R genes in 242 pigs, which included : wild boar, Duroc, Landraee and their crossbred populations, wild boars × Duroc, wild boars × Landraee. The results showed as follows : ①All populations had Hae Ⅲ polymorphisms in the H - FABP gene locus in the present study. A allele was the favorable allele in wild boars, while B allele was the favorable allele in Duroc, Landraee. The frequency of A allele in the crossbred populations wild boars × Duroc and wild boars ×Landraee had significant improvement (0. 5163, 0. 6429). ②The Taq Ⅰ polymorphism was detected in the MC4R gene locus in the present study, but AA genotype was not observed in wild boars and wild boars x Landraee. The frequency of C allele was higher than the other in all populations and the highest frequency was in wild boars (0. 9167) as well as the lowest in Landraee (0.5283). ③Except Duroc in MC4R gene locus (P 〈 0.05), wild boars in H - FABP gene locus ( P 〈 0.01 ) , all populations followed Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium.
