摘  要:在MS+2mg/L IAA+1mg/L 6-BA+4mg/L ZT+6mg/L KT的培养基上,鲁引1号、夏波蒂、早大白、大西洋四个马铃薯品种的脱毒微型薯切块都可直接再生出不定芽,其中鲁引1号的诱导率为63.3%,其它3个品种的诱导率均在90.0%以上。不定芽及其形成的小苗在MS+0.15%活性炭培养基上可顺利生根,形成完整的植株。Minituber disc explants of four potato varieties were inoculated into the medium of MS + 2mg/L IAA + lmg/L 6 -BA +4mg/L ZT +6mg/L KT. Adventitious buds were directly induced from the explants. Adventitious bud differentiation rate of Luyin - 1 was 63. 3% and the rates were more than 90.0% in other three varieties of Shepody, Zaodabai and Atlantic. Optimal medium of adventitious bud induction was successfully selected. Adventitious buds or shoots produced roots in MS +0.15% C medium, and regeneration potato plants were formed.
