新疆小学教师体育锻炼现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：本研究采用问卷法调查了新疆小学教师的体育锻炼现状和特征。结果表明,新疆小学教师体育认知水平较高,体育人口比例较低。超过90%的小学教师因校内兼职工作的需要,参与和指导学生体育锻炼,100%的小学教师家人不反对其参与体育锻炼。与家人一起进行体育锻炼是小学教师体育锻炼的首选形式。生活压力和工作压力大是新疆小学教师体育人口比例偏低的主要原因。We get the current physical exercise situation and its characteristics through questionnaire which investigates the primary school teachers in Xinjiang. The result shows that primary school teachers in Xinjiang have a high rate of cognitive level on physical exercise and the physical exercise population is low Over 90% primary school teachers involve and indicate student physical exercises and 100% primary school teachers＇ family do not oppose them to participate in physical exercise.It is the first choice for primary school teachers to exercise with their families. on both living main reason t The high pressures and working are the o cause the low rate of physical-exercise-participatepopulation.
