摘 要:在有效质量近似下,采用变分法研究了外磁场下球形量子点中的施主杂质基态结合能随量子点半径和磁感应强度的变化关系.考虑电子与体纵光学声子和表面光学声子相互作用,计算了施主杂质态结合能随杂质位置和量子点半径的变化.数值结果表明,结合能随量子点尺寸减小和外加磁感应强度的增强单调增加,且基态结合能明显依赖于杂质位置和电子-声子相互作用.Within the effective mass approximation,a variational approach is used to study the ground state binding energy of a donor hydrogenic impurity in a spherical quantum dot under an external magnetic field.The binding energies of the hydrogenic impurity states are calculated as functions of the quantum dot size and the impurity position including the effects of the interaction of an electron with both the confined longitudinal optical phonons and the surface optical phonons.Numerical results showed that the binding energy increases monotonously with the decrease of the quantum dot size as well as the increase of applied magnetic field.Furthermore,it is also found that the influences of the impurity position and electron-phonon interaction on the binding energies of ground states are obvious.
