摘 要:肠纤维化是多种炎性肠病比较棘手的并发症,主要因肠间质细胞的过度增殖及细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的异常沉积所致,转化生长因子(transforming growth factor-beta,TGF-β)在此过程中起了关键作用.结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)作为TGF-β致纤维化作用的特异性下游介质,TGF-β的促肠纤维化作用可通过多种信号途径诱导CTGF的表达来完成,本文根据国内外研究资料,就肠纤维化的形成机制及TGF-β/CTGF在此进程中的作用和调控机制作一简要综述.Intestinal fibrosis is a serious complication of many inflammatory bowel diseases and is mainly caused by excessive proliferation of intestinal mesenchymal cells and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM). Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) plays a key role in the development of intestinal fibrosis~ Connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) is the specific downstream mediator in many of the important fibroproliferative effects of TGFβ. TGF-β-induced CTGF expression is mediated through several signaling pathways. This paper reviewed the current knowledge about the formation mechanism of intestinal fibrosis and discussed roles of TGF-βCTGF in this progression.
