摘　　要：产品的在线检测是工业生产发展的必然要求,是提高检测效率和产品质量的有效途径之一。设计了一套基于图像处理的钎焊环表面缺陷检测系统。从硬软件着手,分别介绍了系统的工作原理和结构简图,以及图像处理过程中的所用到的边缘检测算法。Online products detecting is not only the inevitable requirement for industrial development,but also is one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency and product quality.Therefore,a detection system of surface defect of brazing central, which is based on image processing,is designed in the paper.Proceeding from the softwar and hardware,it introduces that the systematic working principle and structure diagram,and the relevance edge detection algorithms which are used in image processing.
