摘  要:提出了用于描述凸轮组合运动规律的分段建模方法,给出了初始值、等速、等加速、摆线、远休止和近休止6种分段模型和求解器原理。实现了基于分段建模的设计系统。通过叶片泵定子曲线的实例建模,验证了分段建模方法的可行性和实用性。The segmentation modeling method used for descri- bing the combined motion law of cam was put forward, and six kinds of segmentation models and solving principles for initial value, uniform velocity, uniform acceleration, cycloid, farthest truce and nearest truce etc. were presented. The designing system based on segmentation modeling was realized. By means of instance mod- eling of stator curve of vane pump, the feasibility and practicality of segmentation modeling method were verified.
