摘  要:介绍了一种新型振动辊式破碎机,建立了其6自由度刚体运动的动力学方程及标准状态方程,通过数值分析方法研究了动颚的运动特点及其运动轨迹,证实了动颚的运动为非同步振动,保证了次动颚的加入能够使振动能量从双侧输入给物料,从而增强了振动强度,提高了破碎效果。A kind of new vibration roller typed crusher was introduced ; its dynamics equation and standard status equation for the 6 DOF movement of rigid body were established. The characteristics of motion of moving jaw and its track of motion were studied by means of numerical analysis method. The movement of moving jaw has been verified to be a nonsynchronous vibration and assured the addition of secondary jaw and could let the vibration energy be able to be introduced to the material from both sides, thus enhanced the vibration intensity and raised the crushing effect.
