引产餐醇提取物对大鼠子宫的影响

摘　　要：目的研究引产餐醇提取物对离体大鼠子宫收缩和羊膜组织PGE2含量的影响,并探讨引产餐作用的物质基础。方法将成年未孕雌性大鼠随机分成生理盐水组、催产素组和引产餐醇提取物组,观察药物对离体子宫收缩活动的影响;将晚期妊娠大鼠随机分成生理盐水组、催产素组、引产餐醇提取物组,用放免法测定给药后大鼠羊膜组织PGE2含量。结果引产餐醇提取物可明显增强离体子宫收缩,并能够显著提高晚期妊娠大鼠羊膜组织PGE2含量。结论引产餐醇提取物具有促宫缩作用,其物质基础为蓖麻油所含脂肪酸成分。Objective To study the effects of castor oil diet ethyl extract on the isolated rat uterus contraction and amnion PGE2 levels. Methods The rats were randomly divided into three groups ：normal saline group, oxytoxin group and castor oil diet ethyl extract group, and the effects of drugs on isolated rat uterus were observed;maternal age pregnancy rats were randomly divided into the same three groups, and amnion rat PGE2 level was determined by RIA method. Results Castor oil diet ethyl extracts could si- gnoficantly the strengthen the isolated rat uterus contraction and increase the PGE2 level of rat amnion effectively. Conclusion - Castor oil diet extracts can strengthen the rat uterus contraction ,and the fat acid may be the active components of castor oil diet.
