摘  要:目的采用L9(34)正交实验法,研究菊花挥发油最优提取工艺。方法以挥发油得率为指标,以药材粉碎度、加水量、浸泡时间、蒸馏时间为因素进行正交实验。结果影响菊花挥发油提取的最主要因素为粉碎度,其次为蒸馏时间、加水量、浸泡时间。最佳提取工艺条件为:菊花粉碎度80-100目,14倍加水量,浸泡10 h,提取13 h。结论此提取工艺简便易行,通过验证实验,在最佳提取工艺条件下提取率为0.55%。Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Chrysanthemum by orthogonal design L9 ( 3^4 ). Methods The experiment was performed with the extraction rate of volatile oil as the index and the grinding degree of Chrysanthemum, the volume of water, the time of immersion, the time of distillation as affecting factors. Results The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate was grinding degree of Chrysanthemum, then it was time of distillation, volume of water, time of immersion. Optimized extraction process was as follows: the grinding degree of Chrysanthemum was 80 - 100 mesh powder and the grinded Chrysanthemum was soaked in 14 times of water for 10 hours, then distilled for 13 hours. Conclusion The method is simple and practicable the extraction rate of volatile oil is 0.55%.
